INTRO TO ASHTANGA

60 min - A great class for those new to the practice and adaptable for the more experienced practitioners, the Intro to Ashtanga is an abbreviated version of the Primary Series. (Sun Salutations, Foundational Standing & Seated Asanas, Closing Sequence including inversions & headstands-optional).

ASHTANGA

90 Min - Following the Primary Series this is a strong therapeutic practice, ordered in a way to align, cleanse & purify the body. This class is taught with emphasis on integrating the asanas with Ujjayi breathing, Bandhas, and Dristhis. Surya Namaskara A & B, Standing Asanas, Seated Asanas (foundational and twisting), and the Closing Sequence (inversions & headstands). Counted Primary Series.

ASHTANGA FLOW

60 min - Following the framework and flow of the Ashtanga series but allowing for the freedom to explore postures deeper and look for modifications when needed. Additional postures may also be added to discover new challenges and gain greater strength, balance and focus into our practice.

JOURNEY TO POWER

60 min - This ALL Level class is based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Each pose of the practice will be rooted in your power as you move, tone your body and relax your mind. Bring a beach or yoga towel- mats tend to get slippery when wet. The studio is heated to 90 degrees.

DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW

90 min - A power Vinyasa class that infuses many traditions seeking to challenge in a format that allows for each student to find and define their own practice by offering modifications and variations to intensify or dilute the practice. Focus on pranayama, the sutras and mindfulness to strengthen body, mind and spirit.

POWER VINYASA

90 min - While following the flow of Ashtanga, this eclectic version has Primary & Intermediate asanas, including Arm Balances, Backbends, Inversions, & Headstands! A challenging & invigorating practice that is sure to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. Ideal for experienced practitioners and athletes, and modifications for new practitioners as well.

COUPLES YOGA

90 min - Deepen your bond and connect through touch and breath as you move through a vinyasa flow interspersed with partner yoga and sealed with thai massage techniques. A wonderful experience to build trust and awareness, to learn to move together in harmony and perhaps to introduce a loved one to yoga.
